Men at Duke Street
Sundays for Men
Whether you are young or old, single, married, divorced, remarried or widowed, the centre of our men’s Church life together is our Sunday services – we meet at 10.00am and 5.30pm
Men and Friendship
Friendship, and the development of support networks for men is at the heart of what we do as a Church Family. On the last Saturday of each month we have Men’s Breakfast – a hearty full breakfast, with a short themed Bible talk and a time of discussion. On the second and fourth Saturday mornings of each month, a Men’s Fellowship Group meets to study the Scriptures, pray and tackle ‘men-only’ issues. On Wednesday evenings some of our men play five-a-side football.
The men let their hair down with Curry Nights, where we prepare good food, and invite a Christian Business Leader as an after-dinner speaker; or convert our Fellowship Hall into an impromptu lounge to screen a big game; or simply organising tickets to a local match
